We ship worldwide to destinations available at checkout. In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order. It does not include delivery time.
This item is a pre-order. Full payment is collected at checkout. Estimated dispatch is 4–6 weeks after your order; delivery time is additional. We’ll email tracking when your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Canada: free shipping from $200 CAD. United States: free shipping from $200 USD. After discounts, before taxes. Canada: Standard $9.99 CAD or Express $19.99 CAD below the free-shipping threshold. United States: Standard $25 USD or Express $35 USD below the free-shipping threshold. Other destinations: available carrier rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping service and begin once your parcel has been dispatched.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. Carrier and customs delays may affect delivery estimates.

Returns & Refunds
For eligible clothing, request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery by emailing hello@girlcodestudios.com. Include your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your request.
To qualify for a change-of-mind return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- In their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Free from stains, makeup, perfume, smoke, damage and other signs of wear.
Please contact us before sending a return. We’ll provide the return address and instructions. The seven-day window is for requesting your return, not for the parcel to arrive back with us.
Customers cover return postage for change-of-mind returns. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your postage receipt.
Qualifying items will be refunded to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping charges are not refunded for voluntary change-of-mind returns, except where required by law. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Swimwear
Swimwear is final sale for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect any rights you have for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, or other rights provided by applicable law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something is wrong with your order, please email hello@girlcodestudios.com as soon as you notice the issue. Include your order number, a brief description and clear photos where possible.
If we sent a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, Girl Code will cover any required return shipping and work with you on the appropriate remedy. The seven-day change-of-mind window does not limit your applicable consumer rights.
Customs & Duties
International orders may incur import duties, taxes or carrier clearance fees. Unless explicitly included at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are determined by the destination country and carrier.
Your Consumer Rights
This policy does not exclude or limit rights provided by applicable consumer law. Where a longer cancellation or return period, refund or other remedy is legally required, that requirement takes precedence over this policy.
